Yup :) The only reason that soda is sometimes a no no, is because of the caffine, and there's none in seltzer. Drink away :)

This question brings back memories of my second pregnancy. I used to drink Alka Seltzer for a refreshing drink while pregnant. I would think that seltzer water is ok for you to drink. You may get gas from it and that may make you feel uncomfortable.......you will just have to try and see how it works. CONGRATULATIONS on your new little life.......Good Luck !!!!

Sure it is alright to drink tap water, it'll give your baby some add stuff that you, and the baby needed. If it wasn't safe everyone around you would be dead. It's not gonna kill you, to drink water. You know the bottle water? Well that stuff is more harmful to you than what is in your tap. If you don't like the taste get a water purifier for your sink. It should take out the funny taste.

Yes, but maybe try to get the low sodium variety.. It might cause swelling and water retention.. You can also flavor it with Torani syrups.. Yummy
