No not necessarily. If she starts getting nauseous or hasn't started her period, then she might be. Wait until her period is suppose to start and see if she is then. Right now it may not show on a pregnancy test.

Also, tell her to contact her doctor.

No, not necessarily. Pain in the stomach does not always mean pregnancy. If she does not have her next period, she should take a test.
She just could be having cramps because she is going to start her period. Pregnancy symptoms and that of starting a cycle are very much the same. It's really hard to know the difference some times.

It all depends on what kind of stomach pain she is having, if any pain at all it should be in her abdomen where her uterus is. It could maybe just be cramps from her period about to start. I would be safe and get a pg test as soon as possible. Because if she is pregnant she needs medical care as soon as she can get it.

The thing that's really hard is that most of the symptoms of pregnancy are the same for an upcoming menstral cycle (period). It COULD mean she's pregnant, but it could just mean her period is coming. Wait until she's due for her period, if she missed it or it's late, take a test. Good luck!
