im no sure where you got that... you can't just impeach someone because you don't like them, they have to commit a crime, like bribery, treason, or another "high cime", even then 2/3's of the house needs to agree, and since he hasn't been charged with a crime, theres no reason to impeach him

No -- they don't have enough votes in Congress to impeach him. There wouldn't be enough time anyway -- by the time they actually got around to it it would be time for the election. Besides, any attempt at an impeachment would only divide the country even more.

The democrats have abunch of stuff they can slam Bush and Cheney with for both of their impeachments. With how the democratic party has been challenging Bush and his peons, it is possible they are building up a case to slam him with to guarantee a KO.

He will probably not be impeached. Hell, how can you impeach someone who isn't even part of the government?
However, he should be impeached and/or tried for treason.
I believe hanging is too good for him. He should be jailed indefinitely like any other unlawful enemy combatant.
