12 pack of diet Pepsi MAX (the dark cans) and found out one can is empty????? they should sell it as 11 cans per package!

There may have been a small hole in it? or a mix-up at the factory. I sometimes get empty cans as well, even in other sodas one such was a Diet Sunkist 12 pack

I was like how is that possible probably it spilled but it was closed.

nope, but I wouldn't bother buying it..well, it's carb free. I think that pepsi max and all those diet sodas marketed as "energy" drinks are silly. pop a vitamin and have some salad.

I think that sometimes the receiving department is a little too rough with the merchandise and the cans get pinholes in them. It is pretty strange, I admit.

No. You should E-mail them and give them the store name, and UPC code. They will send you a coupon for a free Pepsi.
