When I was pregnant, my son would kick just across the bottom of my lowest rib in front. It really hurt! He usually did it when I was at work and was kind of slouched over, so I guess he was getting squished. When I straightened up he stopped.

Its very normal for there to be more discharge at this stage. As long as it isn't a constant leaking or gushing.
As far as the feet in your ribs I have found laying in my recliner and rubbing in a downwards motion from rib to pelvis helps. I have even felt the little toes jerking away. Try not to be in a scrunched position or even a sitting position. If you can reline a bit even laying on the couch with a few cushions propping you up will be good.
you can't hurt him if you are gentle with the pushing.

Well you really can't make the baby move it is getting really crowded in your belly and unfortunately he or she has very little room to work with. Take a deep breath and sit up as straight as you can this gives the baby a little more room and maybe it will move. As for the discharge it is completely normal. Your body is just getting ready for labor. Good luck.

As your baby is growing, he's running out of room in there. Try rubbing his little foot to coax him to move. If you're having trouble breathing, just relax. Lay down, keep off your feet. The discharge is normal. Don't worry... good luck and congratulations!

The excessive discharge could be the mucous plug. The only way I could get my baby's foot out of my ribs was to push it out.

You just have to wait it out. When the baby drops, the foot will not be in your ribs anymore. I know it hurts, my daughter had her foot in my ribs for a long time.

Just gently push his foot out of the way every time and *maybe* he will get the hint. That's what I do and he moves it out of the way every time. The discharge is normal, your body is just keeping extra clean.

Try getting down on your hands and knees and arch your back, then sag it a bit, then arch, then sag...
It will only be a temporary fix, but anything's better than the foot, right?
