Are you SURE there is no 24hr customer service number? The customer service number on the back of your ATM card should work 24/7. If your bank has ANY Saturday hours, you should be waiting at the door when the open tomorrow. You need to file an affidavit of fraud. This still requires a paper form with an actual signature. It sounds as if someone got your number and make a counterfeit card.

I would try to contact someone at the bank - use law enforcement; they should have numbers for people who can be contacted at all hours of the day for most businesses in your town. If someone drove a car through the front window, or the bank's burglar alarm keeps going off, you can bet they'll have a number - your case is serious enough that they need to be contacted IMMEDIATELY. While wire transfers are in progress, you stand the greatest chance of getting your funds back. If you wait until Monday, by then the process can be complete and it may be harder or even impossible to get your money back.
If local cops/sheriff won't help you out, contact the FBI - international wire fraud is well within their domain. Be sure that you can show them a recent statement and any current printout from your account as it stands. They will want to know how much $$ has been stolen. If it's $50, you won't get much help, but a few thousand or more and I'm sure they'll do some checking and get through to your bank's reps.
Good luck!

Contact your bank and report it immediately.
Someone may have stolen your ATM card number and PIN ( there are many ways of doing this without actually stealing the card itself ).
If the bank accepts your story, and the evidence proves you had nothing to do with the withdrawal, then they will probably reimburse you everything.
I thought that ATMs had a definite limit on withdrawals per transaction? And also withdrawals per day?
Good luck, hope things work out well for you.

The same thing happened to me once, only, I happened to be checking my email and the bank informed me that money was transferred out. The bank re-imbursed me and launched a fraud investigation. Is there an emergency line you could call? I suggest switching banks once this is all settled. You need 24 hour access. Good luck!! Oh! Also, make sure you inform all the major credit beauraus. Just to be sure!

There are some good answers here. First, start with your bank. They will begin a fraud investigation. Second, report it to your local authorities and the FBI. If the funds transfer was not authorized, the bank normally will refund the money. Good luck to you.

Definitely take it to the bank. Also contact the proper government officials. FBI, if possible. They ARE 24 hours. They'd want to know about this going on. It's a big problem.

Your bank should give you your money bank if you can prove what happend and you had nothing to do with it. You probably cant do anything until monday. I would walk into your local branch and sit down with the branch manager the second they open on monday. Make it his problem as well.
Good Luck
