fourth cylinder kicks in when warmed up though changed plugs changed coil packs as well

Might need a valve adjustment.
If the valves for that cylinder were tight, they would leak.
Lessening the performance until the engine warms up and everything expands to seal better.
While the engine is cold, perform a cylinder "leak down" test to check for leaking valves.

Would it be the cylinder on the far left? Also, do you live in a northern climate? As the bike is leaned over on the sidestand and sitting for a long time, fuel tends to pool in the far left side carburetor because it is at the lowest height. Since there is more stagnant fuel in that float bowl, there is a greater buildup of varnish within the carburetor passageways.
Try soaking it in carb cleaner.
