I was actually pleasantly surprised at how good the album is. I've never been the biggest Ozzy fan in the world, but more of a casual listener. I loved I don't Want to Stop and it made me interested and the rest of the album didn't disappoint. I'm glad that is was good because a lot of times once a legend such as Ozzy gets older their music can kind of peter out, but this proves the Ozzman still has it! I also love the fact that Blasko is working with him now, he's one of my fav bass players.

Black Rain is an amazing album. Each song is solid and very well done. Ozzy's vocals along with Zakk's great guitar riffs make an awesome combination.
This album just goes to show that Ozzy really can survive the test of time.

OZZY is great!!! But "Black Rain" is far from a masterpiece. It's definitely an album worth picking up & enjoyable... but it's too short. Need more OZZY.

Uh, yea, everything on that album is great. I have the Black Rain album CD, a Black Rain t-shirt, got Ozzfest tickets from the album.
My favorite song on the album 'Black Rain' is Lay Your World On Me.
And for all of you who don't know, the album was released May 22nd or something like that, and it is all new stuff. The album is sort of about the way the world is politically, armaggedon, and such. Countdown's Begun (track 9), one of the lyrics "You see the mushroom, but you won't hear the blast."

Yes he did. It's awesome how after all these years he is still amazing. Its people like ozzy that will never let rock die.

Cool so it is good after all? I've been hearing it wasn't but I'm glad to know the Prince of Darkness is back according to you that is...I'll have to look into it.

ive only heard "dont wanna stop" and i really like it so im going to go buy it, glad its getting good reviews!
