Not exactly, but the Agent can ask, "Have you been F---king my wife?" and then nail you for making a false statement to a federal officer if you say no.
If the hubby is a rent a cop at Walmart, just take her out to dinner a lot. He'll probably be greatful for your helping to support her and his share of the doggie bags.

It's a federal crime when the husband kills you in a jealous rage, but the affair is not against the law at all.
