Okay, I know if you could reach through the computer and deck me, you would, but hear this...enjoy the time while you can! You may feel miserable, but once this baby comes, your world will be SO different. Enjoy the last moments of peace while you can! Motherhood is wonderful, but it will be exhausting, so try to rest and do something for yourself.
It will happen! My son is 3 months now, but he was 10 days late...and I remember going to the women's group at church and having AT LEAST 5 women say "OMG, YOU ARE STILL PREGNANT?!" I was so crabby I could have clubbed one of them!!!
Good luck!!! :)

Been there, done that. I don't have any other magic ways to start labor. I know it's so frustrating when people keep asking about the baby, and you're nearly in tears all day long as it is.
You've got to distract yourself. Go look at baby clothes. Eat lunch out. Take a bubble bath. Read a good book. Buy a bouquet of flowers and bring them home and arrange them. Get funny DVDs. Are your birth announcements ready? If you feel like it, cook a meal and freeze it so you'll have something good to eat when baby comes home.
I'm sure these are the longest few of your life, but you are not the only woman in humanity who stayed pregnant all of your life. Baby will appear, and soon. Congrats!

In the end my waters broke (that is another thing, you are still thinking how will I know when it happens and when it does you can't believe it, is that it or not... but then u make a few steps and you just know it cause there is water everywhere) the morning before induction so it all happend naturaly in the end... Good luck and don't worry too much , she won't stay inside you for much longer, try to enjoy the last moments of pregnancy, you will miss it..

I thought my baby would never come too. I never did go on my own, I had a c-section b/c my water broke and that was it. No more labor, lol. You could clean, reorganize the babies room, go out with friends, go shopping, take a nap, go to a movie, screen your calls from those annoying people, clean your car, make sure you have everything you need for your baby coming home.

I know this may sound crazy - but try eating eggplant parmesean. I heard on TV that it helped women go into labor. I ate it when I was a few days overdue with my son, and the next morning my water broke! Good luck!

Sleep, sleep, sleep.............as you will not get any for a long time :) Rest as best you can..........get your baby's clothes ready.........if you have too, rewash them. Tie up little ends that are "hanging" before your precious event comes. Trust me, when you come home with your new little life.......your time will be all hers. Also, get out and visit friends, get extra food at the grocery store, pay bills a little earlier than normal, there is much you can do :) She will be here before you know hun and you will wonder what you ever did without her. CONGRATS on your new little life.....Good Luck !!!

I was 5 days late with my son.
Boy, those last couple days are sooo long.
Then, I was in labor for 41 hours. So, that made it seem even worse.
Good luck! It will happen.
