Actually chevy guy is the right one on this, there is a plug just above the axle on the pass. side fluid should be level with bottom of hole at operating temp. filler is a cap on top. Very close to the tranny and not like the old style dip stick. No they are not sealed for life???

Look on the right side near the firewall and you should see it. Since your car is front wheel drive, it should be easy to spot. When you check your fluid level, set your handbrake, put the car in neutral and leave engine at idle, for an accurate reading on the dip stick. If your car is a standard transmission, then there won't be one.
Hope this helps.
