We'd need a time machine to get Disco Inferno from the past and The Miz from the future for this to ever actually happen.
In the current ECW, there's nobody I would want to see Disco Inferno beat, and since The Miz is a part of the current ECW, my answer should be obvious.

Hahaha...Disco in his prime didn't deserve any title. I'd personally pick Disco though, because he showed more upside than what the Miz can show right now. Definitely using Miz wrong now.

Disco Inferno had that charisma and likable personality. Maybe Miz was too good at playing his character but he annoyed the s**t out of me when he first arrived, and now I could not care less about him.
