i am 20 (will be 21 in december) and plan on trying to concieve starting in about 2 months
lots of people think 20 is young and for many people it is, but it depends on where you are in your life
i have been married 6 months, living with my now hubby 3 years and dating for 4 and we get along great and agree on all of the important things we want out of life
he is graduated college and has a good paying career and i didn't go to college as i knew from an early age i wanted to have kids and hoped to be a stay at home mom
just evaluate what is right for you and remember if you have doubts it is better to wait! You have to think if the little baby you will be responsible for and what effects it could have if you decided you were not ready to take on the responsibility

Medically, being too young OR too old is hazardous for both baby and mother. The age between 18 - 35 is optimal. An age younger or older will fall in the range of a high risk pregnancy. Few people realize that being too young can also affect the outcome of your pregnancy. There is a higher risk of genetic abnormalities like Down Syndrome at both ends of the age spectrum.

It's different for everyone. When you're grown up, on your own, happily married (or in a lifelong relationship) with someone who shares your desire to have a child, and financially and emotionally stable.

When you're old enough to be concerned about what's BEST for the child- and NOT what YOU are looking forward to- about it. That's called- Responsibility.

23 - 28. Old enough to know what you're doing, and young enough so that you can still do it.
