On the beach, at night, blanket spread out on the sand, a nice bottle of wine & a cresent moon in a sky of stars. Actually, if we've got the blanket, wine, moon & stars...it's great. Perfect is, wherever my husband is!

good food, good company and no one else around for miles... some starlight... glass of wine... perhaps a fire if possible.. that would be nice too. but most of all, the right companion.
