y = (6/7)x + 4

y=5x
slope = 5
y-intercept = 0

y = mx + b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept. So since you have the point (0, 4) that is the y intercept. And you have the slope = .6/7 So the equation would be y = .6/7 x + 4

For the second equation......... 5 is the slope, and since there isn't a "b", the y-intercept is 0.

y = .6/7x+b = 6/70x +b = 3/35 x +b
4 = 3/35(0) +b --> b=4
y= 3x/35 + 4

y = 5x
slope = 5
y-intercept = 0
