I was just there a few weeks ago. Cuyahoga National Park is only a few miles away. There is all sorts of hiking, biking, etc., and it's all free. Hard to beat that.

The Pro Football Hall of Fame isn't far away in Canton, and isn't too bad. Cleveland has a number of attractions, including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
