In 1996 I had a dream of a huge snake wrapped me while I was sitting on the ground in the west, and off to the south I saw three snakes up right staring at me with all six eyes.

The number three is like a mantra or reaffirmation..Four can represent the four horsemen or four corners of the Earth etc. since you were already in the west. Many believe these symbols are cryptic messages anyway and may just be from an obcession at that time period.
I had some incredible dreams about the future around 10 to 13 years in advance such as with 9/11 and the Tsunami. Why I was made to forget seemed to be a choice since I couldn't change it. I had written a letter to be opened in the future around 9/11 and mailed it. Supposedly a small group of people was there when it was opened and what they had said at the time was what was written. The one girl I knew said it was funny. I hope she didn't mean 9/11.

This is not good. I am a dream specialist and i have some unnerving news for you.
The snake in your dream represents your inability to make friends.
The snake wrapping around your body represents the pressures that simple tasks have on your hormones. At the rate your going, you may not be able to have children in the future.
The three other snakes represent more problems coming in your near future.
If i were you i would seek immediate help.
I see that this dream took place over 10 years ago. That doesn't get you off the hook though, you may still be at risk of these 'symptoms'.

What do snakes mean to you? How do you feel about snakes?
Do you have a fear of being somehow consticted or strangled bodily.spiritually,emotionally or relationally?
What was going on at home or work or in other circumstances before the time of the dream?
Were the " up right snakes" cobras or threatening symbols to you in any way?
Do the directions of west and south have any significance to you?
What did you eat before the dream? Were you taking any medications?

Snakes usually represent a demon, evil, or problem that is bothering you. Maybe you feel like you are being suffocated by some drama in your life (work, friend, family, relationship, car, etc.). The other 3 snakes are staring at you because they are waiting for you to make a decision on the big snake so they can pounce on you too. Sounds like you have a few decisions to make about something that's bothering you. I suggest doing it quickly before the matter "suffocates" you.
