I watch anything that's supposed to be any good, regardless of where it's from. There is something of a natural filtering process for foreign language movies that means they tend to have to be at least half decent to get distributed outside of their own country as they can't just rely on having recognisable actors. It's highly recommended for any horror movie that has since been remade in America, as the originals have a habit of being better.

"the devil's backbone" i am pretty sure it's from latin america but it's really good. it's not fantasy like pan's labryinth (which i also thought was a great movie) but it does have the ghost of a little boy who helps out the others. below is the link to info on it. there is some sex scenes though, not real graphic.
