That would be my hubby. When we 1st moved into my house monster spiders tried a hostile takeover of our home when the weather began to change, and I'm terrified of them, so the only way I could figure out how to stop them while my husband was gone was throw a heavy book on it, and let it be....he came home and there were about 15 books randomly spread throughout the house for him to pick up with giant spiders underneath. He thought I was crazy, I say brilliant.

As a representative of the Spiders Are Us Federation I must object to your inflammatory tone.
My members provide a valuable service to the community and find it galling that so many people feel it necessary to brush away spider's webs and then spray obnoxious gasses into the atmosphere to get rid of flies.
Spiders rule Okay!!

sound such as you be afflicted by arachnophobia. it incredibly is an irrational worry of spiders. in case you will study slightly approximately those magnificent critters, you will no longer worry them. they're extra your chum than enemy. i'd incredibly wake to discover a spider in my mattress, than bedbugs. spiders do no longer chew human beings for no reason.much less on your sleep. in case you have an infestation of them, poisoning your place would be extra risky than any spiders. a vacuum cleanser works right at protecting them below administration. sticky traps artwork properly additionally. a mild breeze is uncomfortable to spiders,so as which you will attempt a small fan on your room to circulate the air.it won't do away with them, yet they'll bypass someplace else.

Me. I catch them in a glass and throw them outside...unless they creep to within two feet of me before I notice them. Then I do the 'spider dance' (which is somewhat akin to an epileptic chinese table tennis player on hot coals) and whack it with the nearest shoe.

If they are little I leave them - if they are biggies I get rid of them myself. I am not scared of spiders but freak out over moths and wasps!

As I am the adult of my house, I end up having to get rid of them. If its not huge I try to coax it under a glass with paper, otherwise it gets hooverd up or crushed with my shoe...Sorry!!
