Dr. Bonner`s Magic Soap, liquid organic soap; I use peppermint it makes you feel like a new person. Spend an hour and read its label sometime.

For bath soap I like Dove or Caress.
For shower gel I'm using something with a coconut scent that smells wonderful, lathers nicely and makes your skin feel smooth and soft. Just will I could remember the name.

Fresh smell and lathers extremely well and doesn't dry my skin out.
Only use Dove soap to wash my hands with.

both. dial for soap and then caress for a once over after the soap. i do not feel clean just using body wash and i dont feel like i smell like a woman if i just use soap.
