erm.. im a leo and my rising sign is sagittarius but i don't like going out and spending money that much. why?

and i thought i was supposed to know what i wanted and needed, and not shy; but i may be moody and reserved at times. i'm quite sure my sign is leo and it really suits me, except this. god it feels like i'm more of a cancerian right now =) (btw my date of birth is July, 28)

edit: one more thing, I've just discovered my moon is in Cancer. maybe that's what's affecting me?

nope you are a leo & the cancer moon probally makes you crazy from time to time specially when its full. actually leos are extremly shy on the inside. you just dont show it. if you are a young leo you have a hard time knowing what you want. young leos are always trying to find answers to everything or always trying to figure themselves out.

If you are not sure, go to http://www.astro.com and work up a chart. You will have to know the exact time of your birth, because the degree on the ascendant (rising) changes every 15 minutes.

You may have a major progression into cancer that is affecting your outlook, or the ruler of cancer in your first house. Or two planets in mutual reception. Like the moon in Sag and Jupiter in Cancer.

I think of sag as being fun loving. They can also open mouth and insert foot, because they may say what they think before they think how it sounds. In any event, they are never malicious.

The house position of your Leo sun is also going to determine how outgoing you are. I have known a number of people who were born with the sun in the 12th house, and were painfully shy, until that time when the sun progressed across the ascendant (1 degree per year).
