no way i weighed somewhere in the 80's when i was 10 and i was perfectly healthy

well, i am 14, and im 5 ft 1, and weigh 98 pounds. I think, to be healthier, losing only 10 pounds wouldnt hurt. Just play more, and eat better. Dont not eat, thinking you will lose weight, because that is just bad for you. So take it a step at a time, and remember that losing more than 2 pounds in 1 week is very unhealthy for you.

You are almost exactly average - good for you!
Young ladies continue to grow, up and out, until about two years after they get their period.
Make sure you exercise a couple or times a week [ in PE
during school, or at home in summer ]. Do 3 sets each of 10 reps of pushups, situps, and crunches to keep your body in tone. This is good advice throughout your life.
Don't try to lose weight - you are starting a period of rapid growth. Just eat well, avoid fried, fast, junk, and diet foods, and take a vitamin with minerals every day. Drink 1/2 gallonof water a day.

I think you are just a little over >.<, I'm 11 and I'm also 4ft 8 and I weigh 71 lbs. Just some tips, Don't eat big meals, stretch them out like a sandwhich and then 15 min later an apple. (Remember to have a healthy meal!)Also, dont eat after 7. Hope I helped, eat healthy, and remember to exercise EVERYDAY. =]

You should not worry about your weight until you're at least 15 or even 16. You're still growing and your body will even out and you are skinny. And remember its ok to not be as skinny as a stick. You can have a little meat on your bones, guys like that.

my little sister is 4 ft. 10 and she is 11 and weighs 75 pounds. so ur not skinny but ur not fat but if u want you can lose a couple pounds but do it in a healthy way, dont starve yourself
