Yes, what ever works for you. Make sure you keep using your proactive. It takes awhile, but don't get discourage. We all go through this and it's up to you on how you can handle the acne. Just remember to cleanse your face every night and morning. The blemishes are caused from bacteria in the pores as well as clogged pores. You are still cute and if you have to use a little cover up, then go for it. I worked for years as a beauty adviser and could tell you a lot of guys do this, they just don't admit it. Don't let it get you down. It's all to normal and your not alone.

1] avoid fried, fast, and junk food, even diet junk food
2] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
3] take a multivitamin with minerals every day [ sometimes a little bit helps a lot ]
4] keep your hands off your face, unless you are cleaning it
5] scrub hair, especially hairline, every day
Buy some cheap drugstore cover-up:
Erase by Max Factor is good.
a] after washing, toning, etc., dab Erase on any blemishes.
b] IMPORTANT! Blend only outside the edges of the blemish, with finger or cotton swab. If you blend on the blemish, half the coverup will come off!
c] don't wear all the time - let skin 'air out' at home or on weekends.

My brother's using this Neutrogena (I have no clue how that's spelled) three step acne reducer and it's working.
It comes in Orange and White bottles. There's a face wash that you use twice a day. In the morning, you wash, then you have a day lotion. At night, the same thing but with a night lotion.
When I had it, I went to my doctor and she prescribed me some wash that works in a matter of days. The only problem I had with it was it bleached my hair line. Other then that, it's great.
You can use make-up as long as it's WATER based. If it's oil based, you might as well rub a pizza on your face.

Have you tried clean and clear. I use there daily pore clearner and there acne removal creme and it works well for me. Cover-up on a guy can help but you will have to wear it all the time and make sure it is water-proof or you might sweat it off.

Makeup might actually make it worse unfortunately. Everyone hates how acne looks - I know I did in high school and I still hate it when I get breakouts (I'm 35 and I still get it from time to time).
It will lessen with time as you get older and as a guy you probably will out grow it once your hormones stabilize. Just give it time.

oaky, first off, go to a dermatologist.
they will prescribe prescription strength medicine.
its takes 4-6 weeks to work completly, but it is so worth the wait!
i wouldn't recommend make-up. it will only clog your pores.
if anything, get a pressed power foundation (read the ingredients, if there is any type of oil. dont you it!
good luck =D
and dont stress about it,
it will only make it worse!

yes but see a dermatologist first you haven't really tried everything so you may be able to make it better
Also use good quality concealer/make up like Avene which is suitable for skin with acne
