Indians (who are usually a 2nd half team)
Tigers (Tigers who struggled at the end, but they have people coming back from injury so they will stay in there)
Twins- Maybe will take both teams but they probably won't

I'll go Tigers, Indians, Twins. Like GP2 said, this will be down to the wire. The AL Central is so loaded with talent, it is sickening. The reason I pick the Tigers, maybe two games over the Indians is this, pitching. The Tigers have the best offense in baseball. If Zumaya comes back strong, watch out. The Indians have a great offense too. Heck, who wants to face that line-up? The Twins, they are like the A's. After All-Star break, they light up. In the end, the Tigers have the pitching. That is why I like them. If Zumaya comes back strong and can get the ball over the plate, Detroit has shut-down pitching and that is what wins in the stretch.

The Royals!!!! Technically we are nonetheless no longer out of the race. returned to actuality, nonetheless. i think of the Tigers take the obligatory via 3 video games over the Indians. The Twins can not look to stay healthful this 365 days and whilst issues start to click for them something is going incorrect quickly after. You stated the Tigers bullpen has been shaky, yet i do no longer think of which will final all season. Plus they have adequate offense to shop their bullpen from some undesirable innings. The Indians are good (no longer great) each and every of how around - hitting, pitching, baserunning. i've got have been given ot supply the facet to the greater matured team in Detroit yet I do think of that the Indians will take the Wild Card this season. On an element observe - The Royals won't end in final place for the 1st time in 4 years. bypass ROYALS!!!

here's how I see it...Indians have had no help from Hafner this yr like the Sox have had little help with Ortiz and Ramirez. So I see Sabathia and Hafner taking over for them to make them even better 2nd half.
Tigers have been carried by Magglio all season and I don't see him keeping his numbers up and Sheffield is gonna get worse in the 2nd half...Verlander will even it out.
The Twins have great pitching but u can see without Liriano its been a struggle this season. But I have a good feeling about the Twins
1. Indians (Division)
2. Twins (make a comback & battle SEA & NY for Wild Card)
3. Tigers (break down with lack of preformence)

1.Tigers will finish in first as they have a solid offense with 9 solid hitters, they have the leadership and were there last year. They also have young, live arms combined with verteran no how, Verlander might just have the best stuff in the bigs.
2.Indians- I wish i could say they will finish first cuz im a huge sizemore fan, but their pitching isnt consistent enough and although their bullpen has been lights out this year, it was so shaky last year it still makes me worry...
3. Twins- The weakest offense out of the teams, without liriano, their pitching inst that good other than santana. Their offense is injury prone and inconsistent. Alot of question marks here, but dont sleep on them, god knows wat they did last year...

its a close call between the tigers and indians coz they really matchup against each other so well so its either 1 and 2 between the two, then twins on 3...

Last Year:
1) MInnesota
2) Detroit
3) whiney sux.
Minnesota came from 11 games back at the all star break to win the division, on the last day of the season.
I wouldnt count out Minnesota yet (not saying you are).
Seriouslt The Central Division is going down to the wire, but Detroit ends up with it. Cleveland get sthe wild card, but advances to play Detroit for The ALCS...and I am going to leave that alone for now.

1. Idians (they will keep on the pace there are now)
2. Twins (Johan like always is PERFECT after the All Star break)
3. Tigers (thier stars would slow down and that would kill them)
