Yes.. whatever, us caucasian get them sometimes but they're rare and no where near as protruding and huge as those Asians/Native Americans - What do you think the reason for this is?

Well not all Asians have high cheekbones, Indians and Arabs are Asian and don;t really have high cheekbones, maybe it's a Caucasian thing, or maybe people developed high cheekbones to help them squint in sunny environments, Europe isn't really that sunny and also was heavily wooded, thus no need to squint as much in bright sunlight.

genetics, as everyone has said if you want a kid likely to have high cheek bones hook up with someone of those genetic makeups. PS.. why are you so obsessed with cheekbones hon? All looks have their own unique beauty... sometimes smoother, feminine features suit the body they accompany. Just a thought to keep in mind. Beauty comes in many forms.
