Woodrow Wilson didn't start WW1; Germany did. Wilson helped the Allies to win the war. I don't see your point there at all.
Reagan didn't end communism; it ended on its own and he just happened to be around to watch, and that was only in Germany and the Soviet Union, which were collapsing under their failed economies.
GWB did not bring honor and dignity to the White House. He's so crass and vulgar he probably goes around saying "pull my finger" when the cameras aren't on him.
There was nothing wrong with Carter. He inherited a lot of problems and may not have solved them, but at least he tried. Reagan just swept the economic troubles under the rug with the idiotic borrow-and-spend tactics GWB still uses. If the GOP keeps this up the country will wind up bankrupt.
Clinton was a lousy husband, but otherwise a good President. He was the only one in the past three decades to balance the budget.
Since these examples are obviously hand-picked to support your neocon stance that intelligence is a bad thing, I won't dignify your main question with an answer. I'm only pointing out that even your hand-picked examples don't prove your point. Maybe you should have studied harder in school, but then you wouldn't be a neocon, would you?

FDR I will have that he picked up with was started before him. And the people wanted change so he is over rated and he sta by on the side lines in WWII to long and let many Jews die when they should not have been. SO I do not say he was that good he was like all Libs all talk. Thurman now he was strong enough to do what needed to be done to save many lives. he dropped the 2 big ones. And in so doing saved many on both sides and the Japanese were told the Americans would rape and eat their babies alive. They found out this was not true later. But Truman did have the balls to what needed to be done at the time and not follow polls. There is not one Democrat alive today in office or on the trail who can say they have the balls as they would have to do a poll to find out if they do. Regan was the man he did many great things and so did Nixon who cleaned up the Democrats mistakes in Vietnam which Libs was there war and they did not fight it t win. GWB has kept us safe and taken the fight to them. I will have to say he needed to stop the boarder and lock it down and then force Turkey to admit to the Genocide they committed then he will have a better light in the pages of history. He did have the Rove to drive the left nuts and I lo0ve this.

GWB is seen via an incredible form of the yank public to be the worst president ever, and historians have faith that as quickly as each and every of the records are opened, Carter would be forged in a lots greater proper mild then he's now. Reagan additionally looks to have failed some regulation classes, merchandising weapons and funneling the money to contras without consent of congress is particularly unlawful. Clinton: A pupil. Restores financial equipment, leads US into decade of prosperity, low unemployment and relative peace. impeached yet in no way convicted becasue of something that had no longer something ot do with governing. WW- great president accually, tipped the soundness to shop Europe from coming below German administration. then he defined a plan that could have ended an incredible form of violence and created an era of cooperation if no longer for the Republican senate. i might advise you to no longer argue with those with brains.

A students seem to get more respect on the international front by being able to pronounce words such as nuclear in English correctly.
I also like the commentary you add to some of those individuals on your list. Did you chose those or did you find the best/ worst list from a well known respectable place. One last point, funny how you fail to mention some of the most well known loathed presidents who happen to be Republican.. Coincidence or are you just one more internet idiot who fits the typical bill of being all mouth and no fact....makes one think...but not for THAT long.

Bush never brought any honor or dignity to the White House. Rather a corrupt spirit and arrogance that has dishonored the Presidency. And for all we know, his grades could have been bought and paid for. I doubt any teachers at Yale would have been eager to fail the son of a man of George H.W Bush's stature.

I have to say bragging about getting poor grades should be an automatic disqualifier.
WWI was such a horrible choice? So you would have let the Germans disobey the rules of humanity and work with the Mexican government to invade the United States?

Like I said with your resume question, you can't put too much stock in what they did prior. Bush's a C student and like I said, he should have stopped at Texas Governorship. Bush will be a two term president that will Rival Carter for the bottom spot.

Wilson was my great great grandfather and while i don't think he was brilliant I still don't think he should be mentioned with the likes of Carter,Kerry and Gore.
