Wow...Tough one. We grill out all the time. I love steak marinated with olive oil, worcestershire, jalapeno, & chili-garlic puree. We also do asparagus marinated in olive oil & balsamic vinegar with fresh rosemary.
I also like stone crab claws over the grill with lime butter, or fresh cob corn grilled and served with Cholula-butter. I could go on for days...

Oh steak for sure, then with that those great new potatos that you put in foil and cover with butter and onions....yummmmy with some corn on the cob....now I am hungry
