about..... okay we have a swim meet tomorrow and i was put in the c relay (slowest) wich is ok cause at least i made it in to a relay but the other 3 swimmers in my relay STINK!!!! Not being rude but the girls i am normally in the relay with are alternates..... they are like WAY bttr!!! I dont understand!!!!! What should i do???? Seriously we are gonna come in LAST.... my times for the strokes they are swimming are like 20 seconds faster.... HELP!!!! btw sry this is in the wrong cat...

You can only do the best you can, and accept the outcome with grace and dignity. Don't give up, you never know what could happen. I was in a similar sporting event many years ago, and the other team was so overconfident they took it easy and ended up getting fouled up and losing.

First of all; Be Supportive of your team mates and team.
Make it be fun, some one has be last and if it's you, then so be it, just do it with style. Being last, does not make you a loser, but the way you act when you don't win can.
These girls may become your best friends and you will always have the memory of "that relay we were on together".

There's nothing you can do to make the other 3 swimmers in your relay better. Suck it up and lose with dignity. Winning soooo is not everything. Get over it and if you want something to brag about, you could brag about being the fastest one in the c relay.

You may be the "#1 Swim Hottie" and maybe you are much faster than your 3 relay partners, but as far as personality and maturity goes, let's just say.... you're waaay in the shallow end.
Maybe even the baby pool.
