Twins?Or am I crazy?

Hey people, I am currently 6 weeks pregnant. I was wondering if I had a symptom related to carrying twins, I read somewhere that early indigestion and heartburn problems can be a sign of twins. Well, I started having those symptoms at 11-12 days past ovulation, Burping and acid reflux every 5 minutes, Also I had flatulence every5-10munites. I kept a timer to make sure I wasnt going crazy. 14 days past ovulation i took a test and there it was, a pink line. I knew I was pregnant from the burping and acid reflux, never had that before. Could I be having twins or just be further along in pregnancy than I think.

You would need an ultrasound to know for sure.
