None of the above.
Solid CO2 is "dry ice."
At sufficient pressure and low temperature, liquid CO2 can be trucked around the country.
From the above, it is obvious that CO2 exists in other phases than gas.

I've never been a religious person. But I've been a faithful one. I see religion for what it is; I look at it through the 'eyes' of the Bible and realize that it falls short of what Jesus taught. When I became a 'christian' I told myself I would follow a religion that had nothing to do with politics or war In Any Way. I'd follow a religion that would not bow down to idols and worship human saints. I'd follow a religion that didn't follow man made traditions and veiled pagan celebrations. Until I find that religion I remain as far away from churches as I possibly can. I read God's word on my own, and try and to implement what I read in my everyday life.

none of the above is true.below 31oC by applying pressure it can be liquified.CO2 can be changed into dry ice by decreasing its temperature.at room temprature it is a gas.so it can exist in all these states.
