My gf and I have had a threesome with another man a few times recently.(Same person each time) When this man (who is a lot larger than myself, mainly in length) was having intercourse with her, we noticed that when he began to penetrate with his full length, a milky white paste/fuid began to accumulate near the base of his shaft. He was wearing a condom, so obviously this discharge is from my gf. I have never noticed this during my sexual encounters with just my gf and myself. Does anybody know what this is?

My friend uses a vibrator and uses lube on it too. It can be from your gf's female discharge combined with the lube. It only happens when she comes and have been penetrating for so long. The mixure that comes out looks milky. When rubber and lube mix together makes a milky color. I don't think there is any kind of disease involved. A woman's fluid is normally white during sometime. The lube makes makes it milky.

two things! One if he has more length then he is penetrating farther to where her lubricant is! Also her body may be producing more lubricant because of the size difference Its no Biggie!

It's the lubrication she naturally produces from being aroused. Possibly, it could be female ejaculation if it occurred while she was having an orgasm, but it is very rare.
