It's interesting how they all say the same thing verbatum like it's been rehearsed over and over again. I wonder, is getting high a new religion now - or is it still just a crutch?

Personally, I think that the average Pothead has at least a few more working brain cells - you can at least get one to CHANGE HIS MIND on whatever it is you are talking about...
For example:
Pothead (PH): Hey man, you wanna take a hit?
Christian (C): Repent, Sinner - and God will save you!
PH: You sure man, this is some killer sh*t!
C: Believe in the power of Christ!
PH: Last chance!
C: NEVER!!! I shall not befoul this sacred vessel of the Lord with the poisins of Satan!
PH: Yeah man - that Jebus guy is cool, man!
C: REPENT! Only by turning you back on Satan will you find the Healing Light of our Lord Saviour, Jesus Christ!
PH (standing up, and walking out of the room): Thanks man, I'm going down to that building place, you know - where Jebus lives. Gonna get me some of those crackers and booze - I've got the munchies, BIG TIME

Now I see where this is all coming from. Your sister let her pipe fall out of her pocket in front of your 1 yr old a year ago and now you're on this Marijuana crusade. Heck, you were going to call the cops on your own sister for a little weed? Like the 1 yr old would even know what it was if you kept your mouth shut.
Don't lump all Marijuana users into one category because your stupid a** sister lost her pipe. And since you hadn't even asked a Marijuana question before until a week ago it shows just how little you really know about it.
Hopefully for all us your sister will do something else stupid over the weekend and you can m ove on to your next moronic crusade on something you know absolutely nothing about.

Marijuana is not addictive. However, the fact that marijuana is illegal has created a sub culture where certain arguments for legalization get passed back and forth.
There have always been religions that use drugs in their rituals, but never a drug culture that became a religion.
You should learn more about what you are talking about.

it is a clutch. However, religions nowadays disapprove the use of the psychotrops as spiritual guides, so that i think, puts marijuana on a pretty high level in comparison to those other religions that say that its from a devil etc.. In general, people always build mental constructions around any kind of belief, since we don't really invent anything.
