James makes an awesome potatoe salad though that he is also famous for.
But he would never tell any of us what he does.

A good secret to it is, after the potatoes are boiled, you soak them in vinegar and a little oil for several hours, before continuing. That is just the start, though! LOL

I put in just as many chopped boiled eggs as I do potatoes. I LOVE it that way!
