My Drive doesnt work anymore with CD's and only works with DVD's now... It all started when I tried to burn a CD... I didnt notice it said error next to a song... and after it burned my CD, my Drive Couldnt read CD's... Only DVD's... HELP!!! ADDITIONAL INFO: Don't say try to uninstall it and reinstall it. already tried... also, I cant remove the whole thing... It on a Laptop... Last, the DVD/CD-RW is one thing. HELP!!!

you can remove them on a laptop, just filp it over, look for a small screw at the back of where the dvd would be, then un screw it, and pull the dvd drive out,

Were you the one who posted the same question last night?
Regardless, I'll say it again, reading laser is broken, I had such problem before. But take the created CD to another drive is more conclusive:
If CD is readable on that alternate test drive the laser on this drive obviously broke.
If CD is unreadable then I am mistaken it is the writing laser that's kaput.
