So you have inverted nipples. No biggie. Inverted nipples are one of the many variations of the human body that make each of us unique, sort of like having an "innie" or "outtie" bellybutton. Some people feel awkward about having "innies" because their nipples look different or appear to be hiding or are shy. Fortunately, no medical problems are associated with being born with inverted nipples.
It's possible to change "innie" nipples to "outties" through plastic surgery. These procedures are expensive, though (ranging from about two to five thousand dollars), and there's a chance that nipples will revert to their old orientation after the operation. Talk with your pediatrician or adolescent health care provider. S/he may have additional info or insight for you, including what is normal for men and what's involved in surgery.
Exercise and sports will not alter the appearance of your nipples, but they can help you feel more happy and confident with the other changes your body is going through during puberty. Remember, practically everyone (including supermodels and professional athletes) has some physical "flaw" that s/he wishes s/he could change. Instead of focusing on your least favorite feature, perhaps you can be proud of your brilliant smile, beautiful eyes, or another of your many awesome attributes.

I am not a nurse or a doctor ... it sounds as though you may have inverted nipples. I can't completely explain to you about it so look at the link below and see if you can get the answers you need. It's nothing to be embarrassed of...

I'm not a doctor or a nurse, but I'm still gonna answer your question. When I was 14, my nipples didn't protrude either. And now (I'm 24) they only protrude when they get hard...personally, I think they would get chaffed or something if they were protruding all the time. Anyways, just wanted to let you know that their isn't anything medically wrong with your boobs.

its perfectly normal, about 1 in 4 women have inverted nipples. The only time to worry is if they normally stick out and one suddenly becomes inverted or if there is any discharge. So relax...you are normal!

A lot of people have them, consider yourself lucky. People look rediculous when you can see their nipples poking through their shirt. They usually come out by the time you're nursing a baby.

at your age, inverted nipples are not at all unusual. Just give yourself some time and don't obsess about it. They will rise and shine when they are ready to do so, and nothing you can do will speed the process.

youre kind of young yet, nothing to worry about. some womens dont and thats just the way were made. if this continues in a few years, ask your doctor about it, but in the meantime, dont worry, they dont need to unless your nursing a baby, and they may not until sexually aroused.
