It was never said but I tend to believe that they were twins and that's why Petunia has so much issues because the separation from Lily was very hard for her.

it is hard to say because it has never been said but i personally think that petunia is older because she says something like "when she got her letter from that school our parents were overjoyed" usually the older sibling is jealouser than the younger child so in conclusion i think it is petunia is older than lily

I think it was mentioned before, but I can't remember. Dudley is older than Harry, though, so it's possible that Petunia is older judging from this.

Petunia is older, I don't know by how much. In HBP it's mentioned that Dudley is a month older than Harry...so that makes his birthday in June...not that it matters much.
