okay im using my dads computer.he's off on tour and its 2:30 am where i live.....someones been mailing me gross mails around 200 of them and ive replied and tried to stop it but it refuses to stop.the person also sent some porn.he's a member in yahoo answers called troy and its hacking my computer,help pleaaaase....ive got norton but i dont know what to do with it.pleeeeez help

Block the e-mail address or any e-mail address he/she is using and enable your Internet Connection Firewall if not enabled already.
To configure Internet Connection Firewall manually in Windows XP:
1. Click Start, click Run, type control.exe netconnections, and then click OK.
2. Right-click the connection on which you would like to enable ICF, and then click Properties.
3. On the Advanced tab, click the box to select the option to Protect my computer or network.
4. If you want to enable the use of some applications and services through the firewall, you must enable them. To do this, click Settings, and then click to select the programs, protocols, and services that you want to enable for the ICF configuration.

Don't open the mails, just hit the spam setting on the screen. On the norton, click on the norton logo, then click on run system check, let it check and destroy any viruses it finds ( it will do this automatically) then, when it finishes (which can take a while) click on the x to close it. In the future, never open any email that you don't recognise.
