Make a habit of being active in the morning.

It really can be that simple.

It'll feel like hell the first few mornings, but start your day out a little earlier than usual and do some sweat-inducing exercises. In time, your body will become accustomed to immediate activity after waking. Your body will *expect* activity, and then you'll become one of those annoying morning people.

If you do this, make sure to eat at least a rudimentary breakfast.

It's the same thing with how you are now, actually. Your body is so used to taking a long time to wake up, that it doesn't even bother to rush the process. Teach your body otherwise, or your workday will be less rewarding than it could be.

Get an iHome (if you have an iPod) or an alarm clock with a CD player inside. Then set it to wake-up to the music. That will get you moving. You also could try to pick your outfit out the night before if you don't already so it is a little less-stressed. Oh, and you could try getting on the those coffee machines (if you drink it) that has a timer so you set the time it in the morning and wake up the smell of fresh coffee. Good luck!

I'm not much of a morning person. However, I have found if I go to bed early enough and go to bed in a positive mind set it helps the next morning. I used to have to get up between 3 and 4 each morning and that is what helped me the most.

Well, first you need to go to bed earlier maybe. Depending how old you are....If you're 18 and younger, you need at least 9 hours of sleep. Anything under and over will leave you feeling groggy. If you're 18-24, you could do with less sleep, say 8 hours. 25 and up we manage on 5-7 hours of sleep. But, just because you sleep doesn't mean you get "good" sleep. Just make your mind up everyday that you're gonna get up, take a shower, feel refreshed, and make the most of that day.

Nothing.

Nothing in the world makes anyone happy, althought most of the people don't believe this.

Anything in the world, including money, fame, sex can bring unhappiness. There is no one thing that brings happiness.

Feel free to be deluded if you want though.

I just list three positive things in my head that will be good about the day right after I wake up. Try it, and just keep saying to yourself: "I'm in a good mood." And you can actually trick your mind into thinking that f you say it to yourself enough times. True proven fact.

Go to bed early enough to allow yourself a full 7 or 8 hours of sleep.

You can naturally wake up happy, it is in the genes, your mood, how you feel overall. A good deep sleep makes you happy.
