FAQ: http://home.disney.go.com/guestservices/faqs
"We suggest you familiarize yourself with a local theater group in your area, and read the entertainment industry trade papers, which are available at most libraries. In these you will find advertisements for upcoming auditions. Also, The Walt Disney Company employs thousands of performers for the various Theme Parks and Resorts. Auditions are held regularly to cast singers, dancers, actors, DJs and VJs, musicians, and bands. For information on these exciting opportunities, please visit our Disney Audition site. When you feel ready to do so, you might consider finding an agent. Their job is to locate work suitable for you. As most film and television organizations require agency representation, having an agent is almost essential for getting paid work. Please understand that we cannot recommend a particular agent or talent agency. For information on how to find an agent in your area, please consult your local entertainment trade papers or the career and entertainment sections of your local library."

Without a Talent Agent in Los Angeles, you can't audition for Disney.
Disney looks for actors with experience working on tv.
Do you have a lot of acting experience on television programs? Were you in a television series?
Do you have a Talent Manager, or, a Talent Agent?

If you go to yahoo and type in disney talent agents it gives you several sites to go to and find agents...also If you go directly to Disneys sight and they have a link that goes to the side of acting..ask them to email you back and let you know...there are legit agencys you just have to search for them and ask for proof of what they have done..this will weed out the crooks..if you stay on the Disney channels they have a commerical on casting calls..and you can also email alot of the stars of Disney and ask sometimes you can find out that way...hope it helps

Most of the kids who post this question sound pretty obnoxious and a bit dumb. You seem like an okay kid. Listen, it just doesn't work that way. Acting is a lot of fun. Do it all you can. But trying to make money at it is no fun at all. Just do the fun part. Maybe later if you still like it you can try it for a living. But for now, enjoy being a kid.
