oh, by the way people, I'm sorry people I don't think Hackers was the movie title, but I only remember watching when the camera man, taping the video, of course, went from left to right in a court room and finished at the end, where there was a boy, (while the camera was going down to aim at him)....I only just know it isn't "Hackers" because it wasn't in the future, the movie was a true story, (it happened in real life),

Hackers wasn't set in the future. It just felt that way.
I don't know of any movies based on the true life of a real hacker. The only thing that comes close is 'Pirates Of Silicone Valley' that was even based on a true story. Maybe you're thinking of the early scenes in 'Anti-Trust'?
