It would be very difficult for an international student to study pharmacy in the USA. There are only about 100 schools of pharmacy in the entire USA and they are very selective - you must be a top student to gain entry. The schools have a long list of prerequisites that must be completed before entry, and most require the PCAT test as well.

So, probably you can eliminate the USA as a choice either for education, or for work after graduation because of the very strict licensing laws for pharmacists.
