ok so i do not have the software cuz i got it from my sister and she didnt have the disk but it worked on her comp but not on mine i have the drivers from ther site and software too but after the install i plug it in and it says "USB2.0 WLAN"
unknow divice and it cant find the drivers. i am running Win XP. num belkin F5D6050.

Ok, lets start at the beginning.
First download the driver zip file and unzip it onto your deskop
Install the Belkin USB adapter into your computer.
It should come up with found new device and it will ask you if you want to search windows for drivers or load manually.
Pick the load manually and browse to your desktop to find the files you unzipped. Select the driver file and it should load them and the device should start up after that.
