Big story yesterday on the paper now Mexican Carlos Slim is the richest guy ... What do u think?

I guess that's not really surprising given that Gates has stepped down from running his mega-corporation AND that he and his wife are now running a number of charities. I'm sure that doesn't bring in the big bucks like before.

LOL i knew Bill Gates was no longer the wealthiest man, but I didnt know it was a Mexican guy who was the richest, i thought the IKEA MAN was the richest person in the world!!

Read the article on the Yahoo! homepage. Bill Gates stepped down several years ago. Slim is still working, still making money. Of course Gates is still "making" money, but is more focused on giving it away.

I believe if his labor costs were to be exposed, his wealth would not be his biggest fault. I mean, if he is doing so well, why are so many coming here to work. I have one guess. IT PAYS MORE.
