I know this seems like a stupid question & I'd really have to ask the individual seller, however, in general are people who sell cars online willing to ship to for example, from England to Northern Ireland? So would people advertising cars online want to appeal to prosective customers further away & so be willing to ship?

Not a lot of sellers will ship vehicles. Too much aggravation involved.

I think if they are selling online then they should be prepared to ship the vehicle (at the buyers expense) and if not, then they will put a disclaimer stating this.

They often are, but be very careful buying cars online, some are stolen and sold, if police track these cars down, they can seize them, and you will get no refund
