Nope! All I need to know is to eat right and that means not to much, and you don't have to be a vegetarian to be healthy because there's just as much filth and deadly diseases in vegetables, as there is in meat.

I did for a few years, but I also cheated sometimes. I thought I'd lose weight. I ended up gaining about 30 pounds. And I watched fat grams religiously. The doc told me I was going into starvation mode. I started eating meat and fat again and dropped 50 pounds!

One time I decided to try and I went a week without meat. It wasn't that bad, because I usually don't eat a ton of meat anyway. But I love turkey, and if there was no turkey, I would probably be vegetarian.

Yes. It's has to be something you "do" (not something you "try"). Whether you do it because of concerns about health (cholesterol, antibiotics, and/or other aspects of the modern meat-processing system), animal rights, or whatever, you need to find your reason to become vegetarian and then stick with it. I have been one most of my adult life. No problems. Interestingly, more and more restaurants now have multiple veggie-friendly items on the menu!

I am one! :)
It gets easier as you go.. When i was younger i would eat like a cheeseburger everyday.. I was obsessed with them!
Just give up one meat at a time and then if you love the taste of meat there are products that make fake meat.. Such as Morningstar Farms which is the best--in my opinion. && you can get it at any grocery store in the frozen food's aisle :)
