There are several possibilities,

1) If you phone supports a connection to a computer thru a USB cable, they should have supplied software allowing you to download your pictures, update your address book, add/remove ring tones, etc. If no software was provided, check their website, they may offer free downloadable software.
2) If you have internet capability from your phone you can email the photos to your email address, then print them from there with your normal printer.
3) If you have a blue tooth enabled phone, you can buy a bluetooth printer which would allow you to print directly from your phone to the printer.
4) Some phones have a removable media card, store your pictures to the media card, remove it from the phone, and either download them to your computer or if your printer has a media card reader built in, you can just insert the media card into the printer and print directly from the card. (This media card would be different from the SIM card that retains your cellular service information)
5) if your phone uses the USB cable to connect it to a computer, some printers have what is called a PictBridge, you can connect your phone directly to the printer and print your pictures that way also.

Here is a link to a company that makes software that works with certain cell phones, take a look and see if your phone is supported, perhaps they will have something to help you also: http://www.datapilot.com/ .

There are a lot of unknowns. If your phone has a SD card that can be removed, you can get a unit that will attach to your computer that reads the card like an external drive. A lot of new laptops have them built in. If not removable, you will need and interface cable, normally USB, and the software. If you look on your service provider or phone makers site you should be able to find these items as a package deal in the accessories.

In order to answer this accurately you need to provide more information. What cell phone make and model? Which printer make and model?

For me I have a bluetooth enabled cell phone and a bluetooth enabled printer. I pair the devices once. Once they have been paired I can send any image from my phone directly to my printer.

you can also send it to your e-mail open it and save the picture to your computer, paste it on a word document and print. I do it all the time you don't have to own a computer if you borrow one and want to have the pic. on hand you can also save it to photobucket, it's free and they automtically create a url for you so you can post it on to your myspace.

You need to send them to your picture center through your phone provider ( I have verizon and I send them to pix place) then you go online and save them to your computer. If you do not know how, you need to read your service provider manual or call your provider to get directions.
