Sometimes its not spice u need its just a change of routine!
How often do you... go to bed at the same time... start with a kiss.... a bit of oral...he gets on top.... u get on top.. he gets on top...one or both of u climax,, he rolls off.. u go to sleep!
How about.. oral & no penetrative sex...... u get on top n stay there......u do it downstairs, on the stairs... in the bathroom when u were meant to be brushing ur teeth! When u both get home from work
Agree to stay away from sex in bed for a while & to take it whenever u fancy it. Like the Nike advert "just do it" It will make a difference! (who needs toys?)

How long have you two been married? you see most married couple tend to fall into the routine trap, what you needis to do something out of the ordinary. Go online and buy a sexy costume, create a fantasy or find out him fantacy, tell him yours. If you only have sex in the bed room , change , go in the kitchen or the living room, blind fold each other , go to the beach or park and explore each other. Learn how to strip teas, actuallyou both need to learn haow to srtip tease becasue it not all about pleasing him but its about him pleasing you as well. Buy a sex book and read one such book is the Tao of love making, readi t and just break away from you routine that whats boring you two. Recreate your first date, or so.

Variety is always a good thing. I agree with "Me4". Different rooms, role playing. One thing that really turned my husband on(and I'm the one who had to come up with a lot of the stuff)is picture taking. If you have a digital, let him be your photographer. Change several times in to different outfits. Don't pull all your ideas out on the first "session". Save the whipped cream bikini for later. A side note: Whipped cream out of the can is fun, but starts to melt as soon as it hits your warm skin. Clean up was a snap, he just licked if off of me:-)
You will be surprised at how sexy you are in some of the photos and how turned on he will get. I also set up some role play photo sessions. The one I liked the most, he was a part of the photo, he just set the timer, and put me over his knee! Good luck and have fun!

Here are a few things that usually work:
- try sex in different places. Go for a drive and "park", or have a drive-in movie night in a secluded area, take blankets and a portable DVD player.
- be spontaneous. Let your husband come home to you waiting for him in lingerie, or nothing at all.
- try some toys.
- get some of those sex games people always give at bridal showers, like dice or whatever. Those can actually be kind of fun.
- concentrate on foreplay more

You gotta start trying new things.
Try new techniques. Splurge, and go to a nice 4 star hotel. Turn off the TV or limit it to 4 hours a week. Spend that extra time with each other (both in and out of the bedroom).
It's worth the effort.

Go on a date night. Try it in a different town. Do it w/o panties.
Have car sex. go to an on-site swinger club just to watch and see if you can keep your hands off each other on theway home. good luck and have fun.
