Their theories stink, what about God is Love? God may hate the sin...but He loves the sinner. It tells us this in the Bible...God's Word. AND I'm sure we will NOT see any of their members in Heaven, at least not with their way of thinking, BUT ultimately...God knows each of their hearts, as He does ours too. Thumbs down for the Westboro Baptist Church's views on certain things...............
Have a great day! ♥ And may God bless everyone!♥

I don't support them either. Extremists like that give Christianity a bad name (I'm a catholic.) I think America must be a wonderful place and surely God would love everyone there more so than any other country as they have the most multi cultural society in the world, I want to go there I have wanted to go accross the pond for years !!! If they hate the US so much what are the silly s*bs doing based in Topega, Kansas? Why not move to Essex (GB) !!! I pity them for their narrow mindedness and hope God forgives them !!

I do not! I went to baptist churches growing up ebcause they "had the bus." I hadn't heard of Westboro until now...sorry to sound so misinformed. I rarely watch the depressing news. I can't believe it! NO real God fearing, God following people would express these things and mean it. I am stunned...and maybe naive? I don;t support them because I DO believe that God loves us all. He himself said do not judge (Matt. 7:1). GREAT question. I am giving you a star.

I don't support them at all, and I wish they'd go away. How can they profess Christianity and yet hate a certain group of people? They're filled with hatred, and that's not what a church should be like. And the fact that most of the family works for Fred Phelps? It's a cult! I don't know why people don't understand that and actually support him and his cult.

they're no longer something yet a gaggle of psychopaths. I say all of us party and start up up a petition to deliver to the media to request that they coach actually NO coverage of those jerks. they have been on television, and in the papers, and function even had documentaries made approximately them right here and in Europe. they're THRIVING on each and every of the exposure. All they're is one ignorant family contributors that began their very own church, and easily lives to hold as lots discomfort as attainable to as many human beings as attainable. (it truly is why they protest funerals. They are conscious of it truly strikes a chord. A unbelievably painful chord. They like it, and whilst they're shown on television retaining up signs and indications at funerals saying issues like "God Hates You", and "Thank God For lifeless infantrymen", they stand there with those arrogant smiles on their faces because of the fact they understand they're tormenting the grieving households.) If the first public demands that those human beings no longer be shown, and not take transport of a communicate board, they could ultimately disappear. whether we each and every in basic terms deliver a rapid digital mail to the networks, asking for that they stay away from any point out of them, it may help.

Unfortunately you have a group of extremists, who are, well, very extreme. It is unfortunate because they are doing and saying things in the name of God that are absolutely not the teachings of Christ, nor are they supported by the Bible. I agree that this is cult like behavior. It makes me very sad that this happens, but it certainly does.

I consider myself to be pentecostal ... evangelical definitely. However, they are totally out of line with the Scriptures. They are not showing love towards those they consider to be their enemies and I don't think that picketing a church full of mourners is acceptable on any level.
