and especially...a beautiful smart woman!!?!?!?!?!? LOL

Pity a woman with beauty and brains...doesn't seem like you can win any which way.

Great comments. I just find that with men, they either love the combination or put you down because in some way they can't deal with it.

With women, it comes down to confidence. If they are confident with themselves, they are not intimidated, but then there are those who the more you reveal about yourself the more they start to look at you with that evil eye type of thing....I know some women totally flaunt it, but honestly I am tired of people who are just plainly insecure with themselves....I'm talking major adults here--40 plus...I guess there could be worse things to complain about however....it's just that you can wonder forever what you are doing wrong...when it's never really you that has the problem.

I always pay compliments to people and point out great qualities I see in them...because often they are unaware of either their beauty, their smarts, or their talents, compassion, skills, etc.

Why do people hate smart women, simply because they find it hard to look at someone that is beautiful and has the reason and logic behind her. They feel, well indimidated with a knowledgeable person and people want to always be right. So when someone outsmarts them they become a little jealous and feel threatened.
I always find the beauty in people , there are persons out there that have amazing talents and skills. Whether a total stranger is compassionate or your neighbour calling you to say hello. There are amazing women in our family they are emotional supporters and will make you feel good in even the little things you do, so I have learned to relay those positve feelings towards others, even strangers.

Whoa there; cool your jets. We are speaking HATE and NEVER? That is not a good idea unless you just needed to vent. Generalities are often false. Sometimes airheads are respected because they are after all human beings with likes and dislikes and may take longer to learn something but are still worthy individuals. Airheads who do not take the terouble to respect themselves probably get very little respect from others. There is an old Russian saying that translates to English roughly, "It is the woman who picks the man who thinks he picks her, and it is the woman who forgives the man when it is her fault." I am particularly suspicious of airheads, who often enough have gone in a revolving door behind me and come out in front. What I really see as an issue is that there should be no war of the genders. We can be friends, and respect each other, and perhaps find love. Of course you caught me at a bad time. I was just studying some statistics. In Alaska, 58% of the women are victims at least once of sexual assault or domestic violence. That cuts across cultural and economic and racial lines, and it probably isn't too much different down south if they do honest surveys. So you are getting an answer from a man who is somewhat ashamed of his own gender at the moment and for the forseeable future. There are some men who don't want smart women. Their loss. So sad. For me, I don't care if she is smart as long as she doesn't see me as condescending and as long as she returns what love I am able to offer, whether as a friend or something closer. I will take companionate love over the passionate kind any day, because I know companionate love will remain when the fires of passion occasionally gutter. And I think you will find those saying that men hate strong, smart women are in fact not thinking it through and just mouthing platitudes they have heard. That is probably what is annoying you the most, isn't it?

Personally I find a very intelligent woman who also has brains to be highly desirable. I think most men are scared of intelligent women because they are afraid that they will not be able to keep up intellectually. You should try being an intelligent man and having a broken neck. You think you cannot find someone to except you as you are. LOL I am lucky just find a beautiful intelligent lady to talk with on the Internet. I say, if a man cannot except a woman who is very good-looking and extremely intelligent thing he must moron!

I don't think people hate smart women. Women do hate other women that are naturally beautiful, especially if they use their looks to get their way. Let's face it, beautiful women are priviliged in every way.

lol.
I don't hate smart women but that's probably because (if I don't say so myself) I'm quite mature and smart for my age. I think it's important for women to be smart and I don't have the patience to talk to people who aren't even trying and are deliberately trying to be dumb.
