more accurately, crystallize into ice
modifications VII and, above 1 Mbar into ice X.

Hello,
If you see the graphic here http://images.encarta.msn.com/xrefmedia/aencmed/targets/illus/cha/T073590A.gif, you may notice that liquid water remain in the same state even if the pressure is changing! But the boiling point would be considerably more than 100 degree

It would become a solid very very quickly!!!

If you compress any liquid or gas to the extreme it will change phase. This is exactly how big chemical corporations like DuPont and Praxair create Liquid Nitrogen among others.

You will get one of the phases of ice, Ice X. It is symmetric and has a melting point between 1000K and 2400K.

assuming you have no leaks and a container that will withstand the pressures, the water will hold the weight as it cannot be compressed.
